Louis Comfort Tiffany was one of America's most celebrated decorative artists and a pioneer of the Art Nouveau movement. Best known for his revolutionary stained glass creations, Tiffany sought to blur the line between fine art and functional design. Through Tiffany Studios, he developed Favrile glass, an iridescent glass prized for its luminous colors and shimmering surfaces. Created around 1902–1910, the Pond Lily Table Lamp is one of Tiffany Studios' most iconic Art Nouveau designs.
